Our Journey

Founded in 2014 by Ryan Facer – a seasoned electrical engineer who previously kept life-critical laboratory equipment running smoothly in Oxford’s hospitals – we started as a small family business focused on delivering proper, trustworthy Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) with the kind of care and attention you only get from a family team.

As our reputation grew throughout Oxfordshire and beyond, more and more customers in the Oxford area asked whether we could also manage their fire extinguishers, fire alarms and risk assessments. We took that feedback on board, gained the necessary qualifications, and expanded our services. Today we’re proud to be the complete safety partner for hundreds of Oxford businesses, colleges, landlords, hotels and homeowners – all while staying true to the friendly, personal service we’ve always provided.
